Harstad Culture House

Harstad Kulturhus is Northern Norway's largest and because Festspillene i Nord-Norge (Arts Festival of North Norway) is held her, Harstad has established itself as the cultural centre in the north. The building is 12000m2 and the combination of a rebuilt factory and mew construction. It is located by the sea in the centre of Harstad and is seen from sea and most of parts of the town.
