Tokyo International Forum

In 1985, the Fundamental Plan for Constructing the Tokyo City Hall is presented publicly. The architecture contract concluded with Mr.Rafael Viñoly on March 1990 and the construction begin two years later. On January 1997, the Tokyo International Forum opened.
